🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your KITO product—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please email us at hi@shopkito.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We’ll notify you via email

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

📦 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our side, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 14 days

• Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing fault
